What a beautiful oil pastel! (or is that charcoal?)
(P.S. Recently, one of my submissions for Beatrice's haiku collection was drastically edited due to the fact that my "haiku" was all one phrase - and thus, technically, NOT a haiku. Just thought I'd pass along the info. as it comes my way...)
Nevertheless, I read it again and love its lyricism!
there is a lovely painterly feel to this haiku, like a Turner or a Whistler Nocturne?
