It is the good haiku that can imagine various things.

I'm not sure many folks have made the connection between the shibori method of dyeing and arashi? I have been dyeing silks for weeks now and this haiku was my tribute to a particularly difficult silk that day. Thank you for your comment!

Hello, Kelly Marszycki.
It is fiber the silk is very delicate and is elegant.
Tie-dyeing is a handling of soft feel method. It is very difficult technique.
You challenge the two combinations.
It is very impression.

I discover two points in this haiku.
The one is a point to transcend common sense.
This is an element included in Bashō, Yosa Buson, Kobayashi Issa, this great haiku poet by all means.
They create the universe in the world of the small haiku.
The second is the point where there is a lot of comparison.
Thick and thin. Obstinate and soft. The others can discover it a lot.
This haiku gives the person who read this a lot of lingering sounds and considering space.
So, It dig up space in the human inside.

It is one of the greatest missions of the haikus.

I like this haiku very much.
