And drops

Perfect, though personally one word, 'stillness' nags at me a bit... and makes my mind search for something else... thought I don't know what.I keep thinking apples don't become 'still' but they do reach a kind of full cycle/maturity/ripeness/completeness... What do you think? Or even more important, what does 'stillness' mean to you here? Because maybe I understood something else than what it meant.
But I love it anyway.

The word I got hung up on was "drops". Is the person falling asleep? "losing" their mind?

(Clearly, Beatrice and I are not so good at our minds coming to stillness...with all this analyzing...if she doesn't mind my saying so...)

Thanks for the comments. It was an attempt to refer to the moment when things become perfectly ripe or ready, and that moment of falling away just as ripeness is achieved. Well, that's one way of looking at it ...
